• How many students will be in each tutor group?

The maximum number of students in each tutor group will be six.

• Do you offer help with school homework?

Our aim to to follow a structured program of study, which is in line with the Pearson recommended path, so that each student develops the ability to tackle any mathematical task independently. We may however have a look at a question from your child's work if it is relevant to the topic being delivered.

• Will there be sessions during school holidays?

If you plan to go on holiday, please inform us at least one month prior so that we may halt your payment. We will normally give breaks during religious festivals and the summer break.

• Will my child have a repeat session if a lesson is missed?

Unfortunately, there will not be a repeat session, your child will however be able to access the lesson slides and practise the task given to the group.

• How do you take payment?

Payments will be taken out weekly on the day of the week you subscribed.

• Will you refund missed sessions?

Sessions missed by a student will not be refunded.

If a session is missed by the tutor, a full refund shall be given for that session.

On some occasions such as unforeseen emergencies, illnesses, refunds may be given out of goodwill, however, we shall deduct any amounts we incur from our payment processor.

• Will home work be given?

Pupils may be given access to a mathematics online learning platform to practise the skills covered in our session as many times as they wish.
